GRAZ, Austria (AFX) - BDI BioDiesel said it expects to raise 76.2-89.1 mln eur in an initial public offering on the Frankfurt stock exchange on September 25, with the bookbuilding price set at 53-62 eur per share.

 

The Austrian biodiesel plant operator said it is offering up to 1.438 mln shares, of which up to 800,000 will come from a capital increase and up to 450,000 from BDI BioDiesel's original shareholders.

 

There is also a greenshoe option of up to 187,500 shares, the company said.

 

The bookbuilding period runs from September 15-22.
